Product Introduction


  This product meets the execution standard: GB/T50448-2015 "Technical Specifications for the Application of Cement-Based Grouting Materials." It is a powdery material pre-mixed in appropriate proportions with high-strength cementitious components, superplasticizing components, expansive components, optimally graded aggregates, and minor modifying components. When used, it only requires the addition of water for mixing to become a uniform, suitably viscous, high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material that meets construction requirements and has self-leveling properties. It is divided into three types according to its use, meeting the different needs of various projects.

Construction Plan
I. Water Usage:
When mixing the slurry, strictly follow the water usage required for the product. Grouting material: water = 100:12~13 (weight ratio).
II. Mixing Method:
Mechanical or manual mixing can be used; mechanical mixing is recommended. When using mechanical mixing, add about 2/3 of the water first and mix for about 2-3 minutes, then add the remaining water and mix until uniform. When using manual mixing, add about 2/3 of the water and mix for 3-4 minutes, then add the remaining water and continue mixing until uniform. Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape naturally before use. The mixing location should be close to the grouting location.

Packaging, Transportation, and Storage


Packaging: Packed in woven bags with plastic film liner, specifications: 50kg±1kg/bag.
Transportation: Can be transported by truck or train. Protect from moisture and water during transportation.
Shelf Life: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place and kept away from moisture. Do not store outdoors. The shelf life of unopened material is 6 months.
