Product Introduction

　　SY-1B Polycarboxylic Acid High-Performance Water Reducer complies with GB8076-2008. It is a high-performance water reducer polymerized from various high-molecular organic compounds. It does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and chloride ions, and is currently a popular environmentally friendly concrete admixture in China. The product is stable in performance, does not stratify during long-term storage, has no precipitation, and no crystallization in winter; it is especially suitable for preparing high-durability, high-flow, high-strength pumped concrete and clear water concrete projects with high appearance quality requirements. It is widely used in water conservancy, power, port, railway, bridge, highway, municipal and various industrial and civil construction concrete projects. It is chloride-free and does not corrode steel bars.

① Appearance: Light yellow or colorless liquid.

② Chloride-free, no corrosion to steel bars.

Usage and Construction Precautions

① The product should be used according to the engineering design and construction requirements, using engineering materials, and the usage should be determined after testing and technical and economic comparison.

② During use, the usage should be adjusted according to changes in materials, environment, and construction processes.

③ This product can be added to the mixer simultaneously with the mixing water, and the mixing time should be extended by 30s. During use, measures should be taken to ensure that the measurement errors of various materials are within the control range.

④ Recommended dosage: 1.0%~2.5% of the total amount of cementitious materials. Concrete mix design should be carried out before use to determine the specific dosage through testing.

⑤ This product should be stored separately, avoiding mixing storage with other types of admixtures, and is prohibited from being mixed and stored with naphthalene-based water reducers.

Product Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

① Packaging: This product is a liquid, packaged in 0.2~1.0 tons/barrel.

② Transportation: This product is non-toxic and non-flammable and can be transported as a general chemical.

③ Storage: Store in a dry, rainproof place, avoiding direct sunlight.

④ Shelf life: Six months. Expired products should be inspected and approved before reuse.

⑤ All products purchased by customers are directly delivered to the construction site.
