Sealing hardener is the latest generation of products developed by our company, also known as penetrating sealing hardener. It is a colorless and transparent, easy-to-apply, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, highly penetrative liquid or powder material that can permanently seal concrete.

Application Scope:

Sealing hardener products have a wide range of applications and are suitable for various ground areas with wear resistance and seepage resistance requirements, such as: food factories, beverage factories, warehouses, machine workshops, printing workshops, electronics factories, breweries, paper mills, logistics centers, underground garages, hardware and electrical workshops, pharmaceutical workshops, large supermarkets, parking lots, airport runways, sports centers, docks, etc. It is also applied to the reinforcement of new and old concrete substrates, new and old terrazzo substrates, and new and old hardened wear-resistant floor substrates. This includes old concrete floors and cement mortar floors that are prone to dusting and sanding, and diamond-abrasive wear-resistant floors and terrazzo floors that need to improve strength and hardness, as well as newly constructed slurry-polished concrete floors, diamond-abrasive wear-resistant floors, and terrazzo floors.

Working Principle:

Sealing hardener mainly enhances the surface hardness and wear resistance of the floor; improves the compressive strength of the concrete floor; tightens the pores of the concrete, effectively preventing external pollutants from entering the concrete; resists corrosion by chlorides and other chemicals; reacts with substances in the base concrete to form a colloid in its pores; seals the concrete, enhancing its density; has high impermeability and resistance to oils; the treated floor will have a marble-like luster, and the gloss will improve with time.

1. The silicon-calcium network gel fills the pores of the surface layer, effectively increasing the structural density, and greatly enhancing the hardness and wear resistance of the surface layer of the concrete floor.

2. Significantly reduces the amount of incompletely hydrated cement and lime on the surface layer, thoroughly solving the problem of concrete floor dust.

3. Greatly reduces the pathways for water flow in the surface structure, effectively preventing the penetration of water and chemicals, and improving the water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of the concrete floor.

4. Due to the dense structure of the surface layer of the concrete floor, the concrete floor easily produces high gloss after natural friction or polishing, making it look brighter and more beautiful.

Sealing Hardener Construction Process

Construction process: (Clean the substrate → Grinding, cleaning → Apply high-penetration sealing hardener (special substrates can be penetrated three times or multiple times) → Clean the substrate → Preliminary polishing → Full polishing)

1. Clean the base surface, remove dust, oil stains, and other substances that are not conducive to bonding; if the old base has too many pits and hollows, they should be leveled in advance; calculate the amount of high-penetration sealing hardener according to the construction area.

2. Evenly pour the high-penetration sealing hardener onto the ground, allowing it to penetrate freely. A trowel can be lightly used to ensure even penetration. When the base penetration reaction becomes viscous, moisten the viscous surface with water mist to allow the high-penetration sealing hardener to continue its penetration reaction.

3. Observe the density and penetration of the base and apply the high-penetration sealing hardener three or more times to the ground.

4. After the base penetration reaction is complete (it is better if the surface moisture is not completely dry), use a professional floor cleaning machine to clean the surface and remove excess material.

5. 24 hours after completion, polish the floor surface with a soft bristle polishing pad. Resin grinding wheels should be used for multiple polishing treatments of the base. The longer the use time, the better the gloss.

Construction Precautions

1. The old floor should first remove the surface coating (such as wax layer, curing agent, resin coating, etc.) and oil stains. For floors with heavy oil stains, appropriate treatment is required before applying the high-penetration sealing hardener.

2. Construction temperature: 2℃

3. Keep the packaging sealed, store above 0℃, and the shelf life is unlimited. If there is turbidity, shake well before use.

4. Check whether the packaging is intact and sealed during transportation. Rinse with plenty of water if leakage occurs.

5. This product is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and odorless; however, avoid prolonged immersion in the high-penetration sealing hardener and keep it away from children.
