　　SY-1B-ZQ high-performance early-strength polycarboxylate-based water reducer is manufactured according to GB8076-2008 and developed by our company. It is a compound of polycarboxylic acid alkali medusa liquid and chlorine-free low-alkali early-strength components. It has excellent water-reducing and early-strength properties. At room temperature, it can significantly improve the early strength of concrete, greatly accelerate the turnover of formwork, improve construction efficiency, shorten the construction period, and is widely used in various projects with early-strength requirements. It is chlorine-free and does not corrode steel bars.

● Usage and Construction Precautions

① The product should be used according to engineering design and construction requirements, engineering materials, after testing and technical and economic comparison.

② The product is suitable for use at -5℃~+20℃. During use, the dosage should be adjusted according to changes in materials, environment, and construction processes.

③ The product can be added to the mixer at the same time as the mixing water, and the mixing time should be extended by 30s. During use, measures should be taken to ensure that the measurement errors of various materials are within the controlled range.

④ Recommended dosage: 1.0%~3.0% of the total amount of cementitious materials. A concrete mix design should be carried out before use to determine the specific dosage through testing.

⑤ The product should be stored separately and should not be mixed with other types of admixtures. Do not mix or use with naphthalene-based water reducers.

⑥ Pay attention to strengthening the insulation and moisture-retention curing of concrete.
