● Product Introduction

　　SY-1B-E air-entraining polycarboxylate water reducer conforms to GB8076-2008, and is composed of a water-reducing component and an air-entraining component. This product can significantly reduce the unit water consumption of concrete, improve concrete strength, improve concrete workability, increase fluidity and pumpability, and significantly improve concrete impermeability, frost resistance, and alkali and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, concrete requiring high fluidity, and concrete with high requirements for frost resistance and alkali resistance. It is chloride-free and does not corrode steel bars.

Performance Characteristics

① Appearance: Light yellow or colorless liquid.

② Slump increase ≥10cm.

● Usage and Construction Notes

① The dosage should be determined based on engineering design and construction requirements, using engineering materials, through testing and techno-economic comparison. The optimum dosage should be determined after adjustment according to the air content requirements of the concrete. The dosage is 1.0%~2.0% of the total weight of the cementitious material. The water reduction rate can reach 25%~30%.

② This product can be added to the mixer simultaneously with the mixing water, and the mixing time should be extended by 30s. During use, measures should be taken to ensure that the measurement errors of various materials are within the controlled range.

③ The thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of concrete with this admixture are reduced, improving the volume stability and durability of various outdoor structures. It can also be used to prepare commercial concrete with freeze-thaw resistance requirements.

④ This product should be stored separately and should not be mixed with other types of admixtures for storage and use.

● Product Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

① Packaging: This product is a liquid and is packaged in 0.2~1.0 ton/barrel.

② Transportation: This product is non-toxic and non-flammable and can be transported as a general chemical.

③ Storage: Store in a dry, rainproof place, away from direct sunlight.

④ Shelf life: Six months. Expired products should be inspected and tested before use.
