● Product Introduction

　　SY-F waterproof mortar conforms to the standard JC/T984-2011. It is a dry powder material mainly composed of cement and aggregates, mixed with high-polymer polymers and admixtures. It can be used directly on site after adding water according to the specified ratio and mixing evenly. This product is a rigid waterproof mortar.

Product Features

①Strong bonding strength with concrete, cement, and brick substrates; volume stability; low shrinkage; crack prevention; strong coating anti-seepage performance; can be soaked in water for a long time.

②Easy construction; can be used after adding water and mixing evenly. Tiles, mosaics, and brick veneers can be directly affixed to the coating; can be constructed on damp ground and is not limited by the geometric shape of the substrate.

③Excellent aging resistance, weather resistance, and freeze-thaw resistance; waterproof and durable for more than 25 years; permanent, non-aging waterproof material.

④Non-toxic and environmentally friendly product; no auxiliary materials are required during construction; can be used in places with strict requirements such as water storage tanks and swimming pools.

⑤High strength; eliminates the need for additional protective leveling layers, reducing the load; fast construction and short construction period.

Ingredients

①Mixing ratio: Waterproof mortar: Water = 100:20~25 (weight ratio).

②Mixing: Pour the appropriate amount of water into the mixing container, then pour in the dry waterproof mortar, and mix evenly with an electric mixer. Generally, mix for 3-10 minutes depending on the situation.

③The plaster mortar can be applied by spraying or coating. Choose the appropriate construction method based on different substrate conditions. For dry surfaces with high water absorption, wet them with water first.

● Precautions

①Before construction, the substrate must be firm and clean, without obvious water seepage. For leaking areas in the base layer, appropriate reinforcement and leakage prevention measures should be used to repair them before construction. Pores should be treated with an interface agent; residual mortar debris and oil stains should be cleaned.

②During construction: Each coating should be properly cured, especially when the coating dries too early; strong sunlight and rain should be avoided; the slurry should be used within 1 hour, and thickened materials should not be reused by adding water; operators should wear soft-soled shoes; the finished waterproof layer should not be stepped on.

● Product Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

Packaging: Packed in plastic woven bags, 50±1kg/bag.

Transportation: It can be transported by car or train. Prevent damage and moisture during transportation.

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place to prevent moisture and caking, and protect from sun and rain.

Shelf life: Six months. Expired products should be inspected and qualified before use.
