Product Introduction
  SY-100L waterproof and crack-resistant reinforced road repair mortar is composed of a multi-base polymer material. It is mainly used for repairing and strengthening concrete road surface defects. It is a special cement-based mortar for road construction with high compressive strength, high bonding strength with the old ground, and crack resistance and waterproof properties.

Scope of Application

①Concrete pavement surface leveling and repair.
②Repair of peeling and exposed reinforcement on bridge surfaces and piers.
③Repair of rough surfaces, voids, peeling, sanding, shelling, cracks, exposed reinforcement, peeling, exposed stones on cement concrete pavements.


Site Conditions


During and within one week after construction, the ambient temperature should be kept within the range of 5℃-30℃. Temperatures that are too low will lead to insufficient strength, while temperatures that are too high will accelerate the setting of cement and affect the construction effect.


Usage


I. Base Layer Treatment: The base concrete should have reached its final age and shrinkage has been completed. The surface should be clean and dry (water content <5%). Dust, oil stains, asphalt, adhesives, paints, cement slurry, lime or gypsum layers, and other contaminants that affect interfacial bonding must be cleaned thoroughly, allowing the concrete to fully absorb moisture. When there is no visible water on the concrete surface, construction can begin.
II. Base Surface Requirements: Must be hard, without loose and fragile particles, dust-free, and clean. Oil stains or wax layers and floating slurry layers must be thoroughly removed.
III. Mixing: Pour water into a suitable mixing container according to the ratio and add the powder while stirring. Stir with a low-speed electric mixer (maximum speed 500 rpm) for 3 minutes to avoid introducing air. Adding the powder according to the ratio can achieve the required construction consistency.
IV. Usage Standard: Powder usage 1.85-1.95kg/mm, material usage depends on the concrete surface and construction method.
V. Mixing Ratio: The water-cement ratio should be controlled at 13%-15%.
VI. Curing: After troweling, spray the surface with water once after 3-5 hours. After curing twice, no further curing is needed.
VII. This product is for emergency repairs: Vehicles can pass after 12-15 hours after completion.
