Product Applications
 
Suitable for the demolding (release) of cement products, precast concrete components, concrete products, and mortar. Casting, curing, and steam curing of steel molds and resin molds.
 
Instructions for Use
 
① Ratio: Release agent: Water = 1:5~10, add water, and stir evenly.
② Coating Method: This product can be brushed or sprayed.
③ Apply the release agent diluted with water according to the proportion evenly to the template. Each kilogram can coat 15~20m2. After drying (about 1 hour), the template can be filled with concrete. The template can be demolded when the concrete reaches the demolding strength. Clean the template and apply the release agent again for the next use.
