Product Introduction
 
  Cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof material implementation standards: GB18445-2012, DB21/T1725-2009. Its main components are silicate cement, selected quartz sand, special active chemicals, etc., which is a gray powder material. The waterproof mechanism is to use water as a carrier, guided by water, with strong permeability, it transmits and fills in the micropores and capillaries of concrete, undergoes physicochemical reactions, and forms insoluble crystalline dendrites. The crystals combine with the concrete structure to form an integral closed waterproof layer, blocking the erosion of water and other liquids from any direction. It achieves permanent waterproofing and chemical corrosion resistance, while protecting the steel bars and enhancing the strength of the concrete structure.

Construction Instructions
 
(1) Scraping, brushing and spraying
①About 24 hours after the completion of the concrete structure construction, the base layer can be slightly moistened. If the construction of the concrete structure takes a long time or it is an existing concrete structure, the base layer should be continuously moistened until it is saturated and there is no free water.
②Brushing or spraying: On the properly prepared concrete surface, brush or spray according to the mass ratio. Usage ratio: powder: water = 3~4:1, dosage: 1.0-1.5kg/㎡.
③The amount of mixing should not be too much, mix as needed. The prepared slurry and semi-dry materials should be used up within the effective time from the time of adding water.
④When mixing, pay attention to even mixing, and there should be no unmixed dry material balls in the slurry.
(2) Spreading dry powder
①Penetrating crystalline powder is evenly spread through a 30-mesh or 40-mesh sieve once to the specified unit mass.
②Dry spreading construction before pouring concrete should be carried out 2 hours before pouring concrete, and after dry spreading on the wet cushion, it should be sprayed to permeate immediately; or concrete should be poured within 30 minutes after completing dry spreading of penetrating crystalline powder.
③When pouring and spreading at the same time, it is required to prepare the materials in advance, pour concrete and quantitatively sieve and spread dry powder, and spread evenly.
④When dry spreading after pouring concrete, it should be completed before the initial setting of the poured concrete. Immediately after spreading the penetrating crystalline powder, slurry should be pressed and compacted, and the next process can be carried out after final setting.
(3) Coating curing should comply with the following regulations:
①The coating should be alternately cured wet and dry in time, and the curing time should not be less than 72h. Water accumulation and soaking should be avoided during curing.
②When the construction site ventilation is poor, measures such as blowing and exhaust should be adopted.
③Before the coating is finally set, do not step on it, strictly prohibit smashing, scratching with hard objects, and other operations that may harm the coating. If the coating is accidentally damaged, it should be repaired in time to reach the initial coating state.
④Prevent rain, exposure, sewage, frost or low temperature below 4℃ within 48 hours after coating.
⑤The dry spread penetrating crystalline powder should not be blown away by the wind to prevent uneven thickness of the coating.
⑥After dry spreading of penetrating crystalline powder, water immersion should be avoided.
⑦After the completion of the waterproof project, drilling holes on the coating is strictly prohibited.
⑧When backfilling is required 48h after coating curing and before 72h, moist soft soil should be backfilled.
⑨The concrete structure of swimming pools and water storage pools must be cured for 3 days before being placed for 7 days before use: for concrete structures with corrosive liquids, they need to be placed for 18 days before filling.
