　　SY-200 Prestressed Pipe Grouting Agent Implementation Standards: Highway Standard JTG/TF50-2011, Railway Standard TB/T3192-2008. It is a composite admixture package that combines high water reduction, micro-expansion, anti-segregation, and enhancement. When used, it is mixed with P·042.5 cement at a ratio of 1:9 (weight ratio) for construction.

Scope of Application

　　Widely applicable to prestressed pipe grouting of various beams and grouting of equipment foundations, anchor rods, and other components. It can also be used for nuclear power plant shell grouting, and repairing defects such as loose concrete, cracks, and holes.

Technical Performance

① Low water-cement ratio: Water-cement ratio is only 0.27±0.01.

② High fluidity: The fluidity of the slurry can reach 10~12s, and the fluidity remains within 25s after 60min.

③ Suitable setting time: Initial setting ≥5h, final setting ≤24h.

④ High stability: The free bleeding rate of the slurry for 3h and the bleeding rate between steel wires for 4h are both 0.

⑤ Micro-expansion: 0~2% expansion occurs in 3h, and the expansion rate is controlled between 0~2% in 28d.

⑥ Early and high strength: 1d compressive strength ≥15Mpa, 28d compressive strength ≥50Mpa.

⑦ High durability: The anti-freeze grade of 28d is greater than F500, and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of 28d is 1.25×10~12㎡/s.
