● Scope of Application
 
　　This product is widely used in the secondary grouting of foundation bolts and bases of large and precision equipment, steel structures (such as steel rails, steel frames, steel columns, etc.) and foundation bonding, post-tensioned prestressed steel bar grouting, beam and ladder reinforcement, subways, tunnels, underground engineering reverse-drilling method construction joint embedding, and other irregular dead corners, corners, and concrete cavity repair where ordinary concrete is difficult to pour.
 
Technical Performance
 
① Non-bleeding, even with a very low water-cement ratio, it still has high fluidity and can fill all gaps.
② On-site, simply add water and stir, then directly pour it into anchor holes, equipment foundations, and structures to be repaired.
③ It has slight expansion, no shrinkage, high bonding strength, ensuring a firm connection between foundation bolts, equipment and foundation, and new and old concrete.
④ 2 million fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycle tests show that the strength remains unchanged.
⑤ No chloride ions, contains rust inhibitors to prevent steel corrosion.
 
● Usage and Precautions
 
① This product is in powder form. When using, mix it with water at a water-to-material ratio of 15-19% to form a slurry and pour it into the reserved channels.
② It is recommended to use mechanical stirring, first add 2/3 of the water and stir for 2 minutes, then add the remaining water and stir until even.
③ The amount of each mixing should be completed within 40 minutes. Unused material should be discarded and not remixed.
④ It is strictly forbidden to add other admixtures and admixtures to the grouting material.
⑤ The base surface must be clean and free of loose materials. The concrete surface should be free of dust, oil stains, release agents, and any other contaminants.
⑥ The base surface should be rough. The concrete surface should be fully moistened with water 24 hours before construction, and the accumulated water should be dried 1 hour before grouting.
⑦ Grouting construction can be carried out using gravity, high-level funnel, and pressure grouting methods according to the actual situation. Air vents should be considered at parts above the grouting inlet.
⑧ The construction environment temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
 
● Packaging, Transportation, and Storage
 
Packaging: Packed in woven bags with plastic film lining, specification: 50kg±1kg/bag.
Transportation: Can be transported by road or rail, preventing moisture and water during transportation.
Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place to avoid moisture.
