● Scope of Application

　　This product is widely used in the secondary grouting of foundation bolts and bases of large and precision equipment, steel structures (such as steel rails, steel frames, steel columns, etc.) and base fixing, post-tensioned prestressed steel bar grouting, beam and ladder reinforcement, subways, tunnels, underground engineering reverse construction joint embedding diagrams, and other irregular dead corners, corners, and concrete cavity filling and repair where ordinary concrete is difficult to pour.

Technical Performance

① Non-bleeding, even at very low water-cement ratios, it still has high fluidity and can fill all gaps.

② Only needs to be mixed with water on site and then directly poured into anchor holes, equipment foundations, and structures to be repaired.

③ It has slight expansion, no shrinkage, high bonding strength, and ensures a firm connection between foundation bolts, equipment and foundation, and new and old concrete.

④ 2 million fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycle tests show no significant change in strength.

⑤ Chloride-free, contains rust inhibitors, which can prevent steel rust.

● Usage and Precautions

① This product is a powder. When using, mix it into a slurry with a water-to-material ratio of 15-19% and pour it into the reserved channels.

② It is recommended to use mechanical mixing. First add 2/3 of the water and mix for 2 minutes, then add the remaining amount of water and mix until uniform.

③ The mixing amount should be completed within 40 minutes each time. Unused portion should be discarded and cannot be remixed for use.

④ Strictly prohibit adding other admixtures and admixtures to the grout.

⑤ The base surface must be clean and free of loose materials. The concrete surface should be free of dust, oil stains, release agents, and any pollutants.

⑥ The base surface should be rough. The concrete surface should be fully moistened with water 24 hours before construction, and accumulated water should be dried 1 hour before grouting.

⑦ Grouting construction can use self-weight method, high-level funnel method and pressure grouting method according to the actual situation. The part higher than the grouting inlet should consider venting.

⑧ The construction environment temperature should not be lower than 5℃.

● Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

Packaging: Packed in woven bags with plastic film lining, specification: 50kg±1kg/bag.

Transportation: It can be transported by car or train. Keep it moisture-proof and waterproof during transportation.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, away from moisture.
