● Product Introduction

　　This product, JG/T408-2013 "Sleeve Grout for Steel Bar Connection", is a powdery material pre-mixed in appropriate proportions with high-strength cementitious components, superplasticizing components, expansion components, optimally graded aggregates, and trace modifying components. When used, it only needs to be mixed with water to become a uniform, suitably thick, high-strength, non-shrink grout that meets construction requirements and has self-leveling properties. It is divided into three types according to its use and can meet the different needs of various projects.

● Construction Plan

1. Water Usage: When mixing the slurry, the water should be added strictly according to the product's required water usage. Grout: Water = 100:12~13 (weight ratio).

2. Mixing Method:
　　Mechanical or manual mixing can be used; mechanical mixing is recommended. When using mechanical mixing, it is advisable to first add 2/3 of the water and mix for about 2-3 minutes, then add the remaining water and mix until uniform. When using manual mixing, it is advisable to first add 2/3 of the water and mix for 3-4 minutes, then add the remaining water and continue mixing until uniform. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape naturally before use. The mixing location should be close to the grouting location.

● Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

Packaging: Packed in woven bags with plastic film lining, specification: 50kg±1kg/bag.
Transportation: It can be transported by truck or train. Protect from moisture and water during transportation.
Shelf Life: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, avoiding moisture. It should not be stored outdoors. The shelf life of unopened material is 6 months.
