● Usage Method
①Powder: When producing and using, first mix this product with the binder, sand, and stone raw materials in a mixer evenly, then add water for mixing. To ensure uniform dispersion, the mixing time should be extended by 1-2 minutes.
②Liquid: When producing and mixing, first put the binder and aggregates into the mixer, stir for 30S, then put this product and water into the mixer, stir thoroughly, and extend the mixing time by 1-2 minutes.
 
Product Properties
①This product is determined according to GB8076-2008 "Concrete Admixture" national standard: Adding this product can quickly improve the early strength of concrete. Under the same conditions, the three-day strength can reach more than 60% of the design strength.
②This product can significantly improve the compressive strength ratio of concrete: 1d increase by 80%~200%, 3d increase by 60%~100%, 7d increase by 30%~80%, 28d increase by more than 20%. The effect is more significant when this product is added to low-grade cement.
③This product has no corrosive effect on steel bars, is non-toxic, non-irritating, and non-radioactive, and does not pollute the environment.
 
● Construction Precautions
①Before use, according to the recommended dosage provided by the manufacturer and the actual situation, a dosage test should be carried out to determine the actual production dosage of the early strength agent. Strictly control the dosage and ensure accurate measurement.
②When using with other admixtures, a concrete compatibility test should be conducted in advance.
③This product is suitable for construction environments with temperatures above -5℃.
④When using in cold seasons, heating and insulation measures should be taken before concrete pouring, such as heating the mixing water and aggregates, insulating the transport vehicles, etc., to ensure that the concrete temperature is above 10℃ when leaving the tank and above 5℃ when entering the mold; After pouring, insulation measures should be taken, such as covering with straw mats and plastic film.
⑤When using in hot seasons, the early wet curing of concrete should be strengthened, and watering and covering should be carried out for the first three days to prevent cracking caused by excessive strength growth.
⑥Under the premise that the slump meets the construction requirements, try to reduce the water-cement ratio to ensure strength growth.
⑦Before removing the formwork of important structures, the concrete specimens should be pressure tested, and the formwork can only be removed after passing the test.

2.0%~3.0% of the total mass of the binder.
