　　SY-2A high-efficiency composite waterproof agent implementation standards: JC474-1999, GB8076-2008, is a new generation of high-efficiency composite waterproof agent developed by our company based on the cutting-edge technology of rigid waterproof materials at home and abroad. It is an ideal and reliable waterproof material with excellent cost performance, especially suitable for outdoor construction, large-volume waterproof concrete, and durable concrete. This product is scientifically compounded by high-efficiency water-reducing organic waterproof, retarding components, and air-entraining components. Using this product can significantly improve the impermeability of concrete and achieve the requirements of high-performance concrete under optimized mixing ratio.

Technical Performance

　　SY-2A high-efficiency composite waterproof agent is available in liquid and powder forms. This product is non-toxic, non-polluting, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and safe to use (suitable for pure water and drinking water projects. The liquid dosage is 1.5~3% (based on the amount of cementitious materials); the powder dosage is 0.8~1.5% (based on the amount of cementitious materials).

①Water reduction rate: Can be adjusted within the range of 12~23% according to user requirements and cement adaptability.

②Impermeability: Up to P30 and above.

③Freeze-thaw resistance: Up to F300.

④Retardation: Extends 1~6h compared to the benchmark concrete.

⑤Slump: Increases by 8~16cm.

⑥Compressive strength: 7d strength increases by 20~30%, 28d strength increases by 10~20%.

⑦Bleeding ratio: Less than 70% (ratio of bleeding rate to benchmark concrete).

⑧Can reduce hydration heat: Delays the appearance time of the hydration heat peak, prevents temperature difference cracks, and thus improves and ensures the waterproof effect of concrete.

Scope of Application

　　This product can be used for both structural self-waterproofing and building waterproofing. It can be widely used in industrial and civil buildings, underground waterproofing projects, river water intake, ports, dams, high-grade highways, and various waterproof and moisture-proof projects.

● Precautions

①The higher the design strength of the concrete, the greater the admixture.

②Ordinary Portland cement, Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash cement, and powder fly ash mixed cement with a cement grade of no less than 42.5MPa can all be used with this waterproof agent. The cement temperature should not exceed 60℃.

③This product can be directly added to concrete or mortar, but the mixing time should be extended by 30~60s compared to ordinary concrete.

④Construction and curing are the same as ordinary concrete.

⑤This product has a shelf life of two years. If there are lumps or sedimentation, crush or stir before use, the performance remains unchanged.
