Product Introduction
   SY-CSA crack-resistant, anti-corrosion, and waterproof agent conforms to the following standards: GB23439, JC474, CCES01, YB/T9231, JC/T1011. It is a novel concrete admixture developed by our company to meet the requirements of resisting sulfate and salt lake seawater erosion. It is mainly composed of surfactants and a scientific combination of various organic and inorganic components. In corrosive environments, concrete damage is caused not only by chemical reactions but also by factors such as freezing and thawing, steel bar rust, and long-term alternating wet and dry conditions, all of which accelerate concrete deterioration. This product, based on SY-CSA crack-resistant and waterproof agent, further introduces sulfate erosion-resistant components and chloride ion penetration-resistant components, successfully combining micro-expansion, crack resistance, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion to achieve ideal anti-corrosion, crack resistance, and waterproofing performance. This product is widely used in industrial and civil construction projects such as ports, wharves, sewage treatment plants, underground structures, bridges, and tunnels.
 
Mechanism of Action
A. Crack-Resistant and Waterproofing Principle
Adding this product, during the hydration reaction, the tricalcium aluminate produced on the one hand causes moderate expansion, compensating for the shrinkage of the concrete and thus preventing cracking; on the other hand, the needle-like crystals gradually overlap and extend in the cement stone structure, effectively blocking pores and cutting off capillary channels, making the structure more compact and greatly reducing the permeability coefficient and improving the impermeability of the concrete.
 
B. Anti-Corrosion Mechanism
① Improving the crack resistance and waterproofing properties of concrete, further increasing its density and water resistance, effectively preventing the penetration of harmful ions into the concrete.
② The addition of anti-corrosion components causes the aluminate minerals in the concrete to be consumed almost entirely in the early stages of hydration (harmless period).
③ By adding chloride ion penetration-resistant components, the erosion and diffusion of chloride ions are effectively prevented.
④ The addition of accelerators makes it easier for fly ash in the concrete to react with the calcium hydroxide produced by the hydration of cement in the concrete, forming
calcium silicate hydrate that is beneficial to strength, reducing the concentration of calcium hydroxide required for sulfate erosion.
⑤ The addition of rust inhibitors provides effective protection for the steel bars in the concrete.
⑥ By adding air-entraining components, the requirements for resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and wet-dry cycles are met.
 
Performance Characteristics
① Adding this product to concrete can increase the sulfate resistance limit concentration (K value) of the concrete to 1000-1500, which is 4-6 times higher than that of ordinary sulfate-resistant cement.
② This product has the functions of preventing steel bar rust, improving freeze-thaw resistance (≥F200), improving impermeability, and increasing strength.
③ This product conforms to the following standards: GB23439, JC474, CCES01, YB/T9231, JC/T1011.
