SY-CSA high-efficiency crack-resistant waterproof agent execution standards: CB23439, JC474, CCES01, YB/T9231, JC/T1011, is an independently developed composite crack-resistant waterproof agent by our company. In addition to all the expansion and seepage prevention mechanisms of SY-CSA crack-resistant waterproof agent, it also incorporates components such as high-performance, high-efficiency water reducers. The high-efficiency water reduction performance significantly reduces the water-cement ratio of concrete. On the one hand, it greatly reduces the capillary pores and cracks inside the concrete, significantly improving the impermeability grade. On the other hand, it has good pumpability.
Technical Performance
①Dosage: 4-6% (of the total amount of cementitious materials).
②Compressive Strength: 7d and 28d strength are both increased by more than 10% compared to the benchmark concrete.
③Slump: Increased by more than 3~5cm compared to the benchmark concrete.
④Shrinkage Compensation: 14-day limited expansion rate in water: ≥1.8×10-4; limited shrinkage rate: 14d in water, 28d in air; ≤3.0×10-4.
⑤Setting Time: Extended by 1h~4h compared to the benchmark.
⑥Impermeability Grade: Up to P30 and above.

Applicable Scope
It can be used to prepare shrinkage-compensating waterproof concrete and pumpable waterproof concrete. It is widely used in water plants, sewage plants, national defense, civil defense, water pools, tunnels, reservoirs, dams, hydropower stations, airports, runways, highways, bridges, wharves, basements, roofs, high-rise buildings, and other concrete structures with high requirements for impermeability, crack resistance, waterproofness, and durability. ● Notes
①Use 32.5MPa and above cement.
②It has a good water-reducing effect, and single addition can meet the pumpability of concrete. Attention should be paid to the selection and use of waterproof agents.
③This product is not suitable for boiling tests and steam-cured concrete.
● Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
①Storage: Should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, paying attention to preventing damage and moisture. Shelf life is two years.
