SY-FAE composite fiber-reinforced crack resistant agent implementation standards: GB23439-2017, JC474-2008. Mechanism of Action
① Free calcium oxide in the product forms Ca(OH) in the early stage of hydration 2 producing micro-expansion, mainly occurring in the early stage; ettringite is in crystalline and gel form in the pores of the concrete, and its crystal growth and water absorption micro-expansion constitute the expansion source of the concrete, and the expansion effect mainly occurs in the middle stage; MgO hydration generates Mg(OH) 2 volume increase, and the expansion it provides occurs in the later stage. The three expansion sources can make the expansion curve of the concrete develop in coordination with the strength curve of the concrete, which is conducive to the effective performance of the expansion performance and avoids early, mid-term, and late cracking of the concrete.
② Several functional materials in this product complement each other in improving the durability of concrete, producing a super-additive effect. The high-performance crack-resistant fibers in the product have high tensile strength and good compatibility with cementitious materials. ● Scope of Application

● Instructions for Use
① The concrete mix design is the same as the benchmark concrete. The specific amount of this product is determined according to the construction requirements and the properties of the raw materials through trial mixing. Different parts of different projects should have different dosage requirements.
② Accurate measurement and uniform mixing are required when adding this product.
③ When mixing concrete with this product, the mixing time should be appropriately extended to ensure that the concrete mixture is mixed evenly.
④ Continuous pouring of concrete, no over-vibration, no under-vibration, uniform and dense consolidation should be ensured.
⑤ The curing method is basically the same as that of ordinary concrete. Strengthen the troweling and finishing before the final setting of the concrete, and immediately moisturize after the final setting. Moisture and heat preservation curing, the specified curing time shall not be less than 14d.
⑥ For concrete in winter casting or large-scale ultra-long structural projects, heat preservation and moisture preservation curing should be carried out according to the code requirements.
● Packaging and Storage
①This product is packaged in a film-lined woven bag, with specifications of 25±0.5kg/bag or 50±1kg/bag. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging bag.
②The product should be stored in a dry place, protected from sun exposure and moisture.
③The product has a shelf life of six months. After the expiration date, it must be retested before use.
