Product Introduction

  This product belongs to the type of sulfoaluminate cement expansive agent, executing standard: GB23439-2017. After being added to the concrete, this product reacts with the cement hydration products to generate calcium sulfoaluminate, producing expansion in the concrete. Under the constraint of steel bars, this expansion can be transformed into compressive stress to compensate for the shrinkage of the concrete, eliminating the volume reduction due to drying shrinkage and cold shrinkage. Especially within 1 to 14 days of concrete setting and hardening, it provides sufficient expansion source to prevent early cracking of concrete. This product is widely applicable in transportation, water conservancy, civil air defense, electric power, municipal and other concrete projects that require crack resistance, water resistance, waterproofness, antifreeze, sewage erosion prevention, joint filling, etc.

  This product contains no chlorides, has no corrosive effect on steel bars, is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, and does not pollute the environment.

 

Technical Performance

①Adding this product does not change the slump of the base concrete and does not aggravate the slump loss of the base concrete.

②This product does not change the setting time and early/later strength of the concrete.

③This product can also enhance the sulfate erosion resistance of concrete.

④This product contains no chlorides, has no corrosive effect on steel bars, is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, and does not pollute the environment.

 

Usage and Precautions

①Recommended Dosage: 8%~10% of the total amount of cementitious materials. The appropriate dosage should be determined through concrete mix design according to the different parts and technical requirements of different projects.

②The concrete mix design and construction incorporating this product should refer to GB50119-2013 "Technical Specifications for the Application of Concrete Admixtures". The recommended dosage for shrinkage compensation concrete is 8%, and for post-pouring strips (reinforcement strips), it is 10%; the minimum internal dosage per cubic meter of concrete is 20kg, and the maximum is 50kg. The total amount of cementitious materials should not be less than 320kg.

③Accurate measurement is required when adding, and the mixture should be stirred evenly, with the measurement error controlled within ±1%.

④During production and use, first mix this product evenly with the cementitious materials in the mixer, then add the sand and stone materials in order into the mixer and mix evenly, and finally add water to mix. To ensure even dispersion, the mixing time should be extended by 1-2 minutes.

⑤For pumped concrete, attention should be paid to preventing cracks caused by large slump and uneven settlement; moisturizing should be carried out promptly after pouring to a certain area, and maintenance should be paid attention to; the specified curing time should not be less than 14 days, and the surface of the concrete should be kept moist at all times, based on the principle of no whitening.

⑥Vibration must be dense, neither excessive nor insufficient, based on the principle that the concrete starts to flow and no bubbles appear, to avoid honeycombs and rough surfaces.

⑦The pouring interval should not exceed the initial setting time of the concrete.

⑧This product is not suitable for boiling tests and steam-cured concrete.

 

Product Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

①Packaging: Packed in woven bags with inner plastic film lining. Specifications: 50±1kg/bag.

②Transportation: Can be transported by road or rail. Attention should be paid to preventing damage and moisture during transportation.

③Storage: Should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, paying attention to preventing damage and moisture.
